* Interest will be compounded and credited into this account monthly. Interest is calculated
    by the daily balance method which applies a daily periodic rate to the balance in the
    account each day. Accrual of interest on non cash deposits:
  • Interest will begin to accrue on the business day you deposit non cash items (for example, checks) into your account.
  • If you close your account before interest is paid, you will not receive the accrued interest.
Do I have to come into the Bank to open an account?

What do I need to open a Personal Account?
  • You will need one form of valid government issued photo identification with current address and the appropriate opening deposit.  For more detailed information, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives.
If I am moving away is it possible to keep my account open at CSB?
  • Yes, we are proud to offer our customers the latest up to date technology to meet your banking needs.  An example of such is our Mobile Banking App with Mobile Deposit included.  This feature allows you to deposit a check wherever you are, no need to come into the bank or mail it in.  It is deposited into your account immediately.
How do I change my address?
  • You can change your address one of three ways - 
    1.  Online Banking:  You can start a conversation within Online Banking with one of our Customer Service Representatives and they will be in contact with you.
    2. In Person:  Stop in at any one of our locations and visit with a Customer Service Representative.
    3. Mail:  We can mail you a change request form and you can mail it back to us.  Please Note - Forms mailed must be notarized.
How do I stop payment on a check?
  • Please call or stop in to one of your local CSB Branches.
Does CSB offer Mobile Banking?
When do checks/deposits post to my account?
  • Items post to accounts throughout the day.  We suggest utilizing our Online Banking or Mobile Banking App for up to date information.
Does CSB offer eStatements?
  • Yes we do.  To enroll in eStatements, log into online or mobile banking, select the appropriate account you would like to receive eStatements for, then click Documents.  You will first need to Accept our Terms and conditions, then verify your email address.  The Enrollment screen will popup and all eligible accounts are shown.  You will need to choose which accounts to opt-in and receive eStatements.  Click the enroll button which saves the accounts that you want to receive as eStatements.  Note:  If you enroll after our statement cycle (the 25th of each month for personal accounts) you will not see any statements until the next statement cycle.
