We protect your financial information from unauthorized users by using:

What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
  • 2FA is a method of confirming an end user's identity by requiring two of the three pieces of evidence:
    • Something you know, such as a password
    • Something you have, such as a code sent to your phone
    • Something you are, biometric such as facial recognition or a fingerprint.
Security via Recovery Link
  • Account recovery is a common target for phishing attempts by malicious actors.  When using the recovery link, this takes you back to the app, verifying that you are on the same device that requested account recovery and prevents malicious actors from intercepting the reset request and setting their own password.
  • If the system detects that the link was followed from a different source than the original request, the user will receive an error and be sent back to the beginning of the login process.
Device Management
  • If you have a lost or stolen device, you can log on from a different device and deauthorize the offending device.  For mobile, this wipes all the user data the next time the device contacts our vendors server.  For web users, this requires a full 2FA login even if the user selected Remember this computer.
  • This can be done two different ways.  You can deauthorize in the Devices section of the Security screen or you can contact a CSB Customer Service Representative and they can do it for you.
Session Timeouts
  • For security reasons, users are automatically logged out from their accounts after a set amount of time.  Users will need to re-enter their credentials to keep using their app after these timeout periods.
What's Considered a High-Risk Action?
  • Adding a Bill Payee
  • Adding an External Transfer Account
  • Changing a Password
Enrolling in Mobile Deposit
  • Sign in to your mobile app and select deposit on the dashboard.  First time, Mobile Deposit users will be prompted to enroll in Mobile Deposit. 
    • If you have open eligible accounts, you can proceed to the next step of enrolling.  Otherwise, you will need to contact the bank for help to continue.
  • Select an account from the list, complete the account information if necessary, and then select Enroll.
  • Select OK.
  • Once your enrollment has been approved you are ready to deposit checks.
How to Make a Mobile Deposit
  • Enter the amount of the check and select which account you would like to deposit into.
  • We require a restrictive endorsement as shown below.  If the endorsement is not complete it will be rejected and you will have to redeposit.
    • Your Signature
    • For Mobile Deposit Only at CSB of Lankin only
    • Date of Deposit
    • Last 4 of your account number
  • When prompted, take a photo of the front and the back of your check.
Is there a limit on how much I can deposit?
  • Yes, for security reasons there are limits on daily and monthly deposits.  If you are unable to make a deposit, please contact a customer service representative.
